Appeal for Spanish nationality due to Sephardic origin
In all cases where more than fifteen months have passed since the notarial act was sent to the DGSJFP, an appeal may be filed to speed up the granting of nationality.
The appeal is an administrative appeal. This means that it is lodged and managed before administrative and not judicial bodies.
